March Volunteer of the Month, Alison Brorsen, has helped at French Elementary in many ways! She is a 1st grade homeroom parent and did an wonderful job helping out with our Valentine's Day service project. She cut hundreds of shapes so all of 1st grade could create wonderful placemats for our friends at Texas Children's Hospital. She also volunteered at Fall and Spring pictures and helped chaperoned the 3rd Grade Field Trip. Alison has also ended a hand at book fair, vision and hearing, craft days and class parties. Alison says her favorite part of volunteering is "reading in my kid's classes." Thank you Alison for all your help! It makes a difference.
Brenda Clark is also March Volunteer of the Month. Brenda said, "I enjoy volunteering at the school and wish sometimes I could do more." She has taken the time to volunteer at picture days (individual and group), Helping Hands (which the teachers love!) and box tops. She also looks forward to helping at upcoming events like Field Day. Thank you Brenda for your help at French, it is appreciated and makes a difference!
